Boarding

Our kennels are 4x6 and 5x10 in size and all inside. Our kennel room is fully climate controlled.
Rates
Rates per night: $40 and $35 for each additional pets
Drop off times: 7:00am to 6pm. We close for lunch at 12:00pm to 1:00pm
Check out time is 10:00am-if picked up after 10:00am a full day of boarding will be applied.
In House food $5.00 per day

Long Term Boarding
For stays of 30 days at a time: $1050 with client provided food
$1200 for K-9's to provide food

Client Checklist

We recommend completing all paperwork and requirements prior to your first check in day.

All clients must make reservations in advance.
Veterinary proof of vaccinations or current Titers (we DO NOT accept breeder/self administered vaccines)
- For Dogs – Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (every 6 months for clients of Monte Vista and Community Vet)
  - Canine Influenza (recommended)
Visa, MasterCard or Discover card
Bedding, 1 or 2 toys and/or chews (optional)
Food from home (strongly encouraged)
Medication in original prescription bottle (if necessary)

Non-Holiday

A $40 deposit per dog will be collected when you make your boarding reservation.
If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
If you cancel 72 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a Credit for future use.
If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

Holidays

A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
Holiday reservations require a $40 deposit per dog at the time you make your boarding reservation.
If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a credit for a future service (no refunds).
A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their $40 deposit.
Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
